The Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) wishes “Congratulations and Success” to Ego Andoris (FKIP UAD BK Study Program student class of 2020) for taking part in Sea Teacher activities.

SEA Teacher Project or Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia is a program that aims to provide opportunities for prospective teacher students from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experience or direct practice in schools in other countries, especially those involving Teacher Training Faculties and Education Sciences from various participating universities.

This activity will be held on 28 August – 19 September 2023 at the University of Saint Anthony (USANT) Iriga City, Philippines.

UAD Guidance and Counseling Together with PIK-M Friends of Mentari UAD Holds PFA Workshop for Students

Saturday, July 15 2023, the Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) in collaboration with the Student Information and Counseling Center (PIK-M) Friends of Mentari UAD held the First Psychological Workshop Aid (PFA) for students.

This activity aims to improve students’ abilities in implementing guidance and counseling services. PFA is first aid for mental health that we can practice when family, friends, colleagues, partners and children experience an event that affects their mental health condition. Through the implementation of PFA, we can act as people who provide encouragement and connect victims with professionals so that they receive appropriate treatment.

This activity presented speakers from the UAD Faculty of Psychology, Muhammad Hidayat, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, and was attended by lecturers from the UAD FKIP BK Study Program and UAD FKIP BK Study Study Program students, especially semester 2.

UAD BK Students Win Various Championships in National Student Counseling Competition Week

A total of eight students from the Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) succeeded in winning various national level championships.

The championship in the Student Counseling Competition Week event was held by the UAD Student and Alumni Affairs Bureau (BIMAWA) on 18 June – 22 July 2023 and was successfully won by eight UAD BK students.

These eight students include
1. Diki Herdiansyah 2000001013 PRODI BK won 2nd place in the individual counseling video competition sub theme actualizing the role of generation Z in developing SEL in the digital era
2. Muslimatun khairul latifah 2200001024 BK study program runner up 2 subtheme role of peers in character formation
3. Dhiemas adji pratama 2200001014 2nd place in poster competition sub-theme creating a safe environment for children
4. Hilda Hidayatun Nafi’ah 2115001130 1st place in poster competition sub theme SEL development in the digital era
5. Tazkiya auliya 2100001003 BK study program won 1st place in the motivational video competition sub theme of the role of peers in character formation

UAD Guidance and Counseling Study Program Collaborates with HMPS BK to Hold SEFT Workshop for Students

Saturday, July 15 2023, the Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) in collaboration with the BK FKIP UAD Study Program Student Association (HMPS) held a SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freedom) Workshop Technique) for students.

This activity aims to improve students’ abilities in implementing guidance and counseling services. SEFT is an innovative counseling technique. The technical stages utilize human physical, psychological and spiritual aspects in harmony. These three aspects are used to help overcome the counselee’s problems.

This activity presented a speaker from Yogyakarta State University (UNY), Isti Yuni Purwanti, M.Pd., and was attended by Lecturers from the UAD FKIP BK Study Program and UAD FKIP BK Study Study Program students, especially semester 4.

UAD Students Win Two Championships at GNCC 2023 Universitas PGRI Semarang

Wednesday, 19 July 2023 M, coinciding with 1 Muharram 1445 H, students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) won two championships at once at GNCC 2023.

GNCC (Guidance and Counseling Competition) 2023 is a championship competition in the field of guidance and counseling organized by PGRI University Semarang (UPGRIS).

2nd place in the Scientific Writing Competition was won by Diki Herdiansyah, and Nurul Hanifah Puteri (BK UAD student class of 2020). Furthermore, Tasya Amin Zakiyah (UAD BK student class of 2022) also succeeded in winning 2nd place in the Poster Competition branch.
