The results of lecturer and education staff satisfaction with welfare at UAD have increased every year. Starting from the 2020/2021 Academic Year (TA) of 3.52%, it increased to 3.57% in the 2021/2022 TA. Then it increased to 3.78% in the 2022/2023.

In the 2020/2021 academic year (TA) it was 3.6%, increasing to 3.65% in the 2021/2022 TA. Then it increased quite drastically to 3.85% in the 2022/2023 TA.

Lecturer Satisfaction Data on Research and Community Service at UAD has increased significantly every year. In the 2020/2021 Academic Year (TA), the satisfaction result was 3.55%. Then it increased in the 2021/2022 TA by 3.65%, and increased again by 3.8% in the 2022/2023 TA.
